Nearly everyone is here now. The Woebkenbergs will not get in until a bit past noon Saturday, due to a canceled flight.

John Hoccheimer is missing his checked baggage. Kevin Kuczek is missing one piece of his luggage, which has his S8 launch tower, launch control, and some other items like chargers.

But he does have models, and his R/C Transmitter, so if his luggage does not arrive in time, he can fly S8 and S6 one way or another (He can use Matthew Berk's S8 tower Monday afternoon, as Matthew will fly JR S8D Monday morning).

I forgot to ask John if his models are in the missing luggage, or if he had them in his carry-on.  Hopefully, their luggage will be located and delivered to the hotel.

The hotel here is nice. Maybe too nice. There is not a normal wall between the shower area and the rest of the room. Instead, the wall is made of GLASS. As in see-thru 100%, not frosted.

I did not get many photos once we got in to Belgrade, since once we made it to the hotel most took a break then went off in various groups.

I am including some photos from my journey. I flew from Birmingham to Charlotte. Then on to Munich, where I met up with John & Ellis Langford, and Tony & George Reynolds. Then on to Belgrade. After about an hour, a lot of the team members arrived from a flight from Frankfurt. Meanwhile, some had already arrived a day or more early.

Saturday morning, we leave for Irig, and check into the contest hotel.
